As a result of the current bad weather here in barrowford over the past few days and the forecast of further downpours in the coming days, i regret to inform you all that the barrowford show has been cancelled this year. At a commitee meeting last night it was decided by the majority vote that the show be cancelled due to bad weather and saturated park conditions which were deemed as unsuitible by health and safety specialists. The decision was made in the best interest of the public's safety. For any info regarding entries, please contact the section secretary. Once again sorry for any inconvenience caused

This year will see the return of two extremely worthy chariaible causes which guarentee to be a huge success. The first being the unique grass roots concept charity of Most kicked Ball which as always will provide fun for all the family and also raise funds for charities and community projects
